In the course of the training you will learn to identify the most important interest groups and will be introduced to concrete communication strategies of stakeholder management. In addition, we will show you which communication measures you can use to actively involve the employees in your organization in the change process. We will also show you how to identify and evaluate opportunities and risks in the context of the change process in order to derive the right measures.
